Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and ByteWeb IT Solutions Private Limited, an Indian company with its registered office in Vadodara, Gujarat. References to "cardziAI" mean the cardziAI product and any related ByteWeb services you access through it.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms. If your use is for a company, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

cardziAI helps you capture business cards on WhatsApp, structure the contact, send a personalised reply, and sync the contact to your CRM. The exact features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Starter, Business, or Team) and any add-on packs you purchase.

Plan limits

Each plan includes a monthly scan allowance, a team-member cap, and a level of CRM integration access. We may update plan inclusions from time to time; existing plans will continue under their current terms until the next renewal.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You're responsible for the actions of users you add to your team.
• One person may not maintain multiple Free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

You agree not to use cardziAI to:

• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or anything that violates WhatsApp's policies;
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or which is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service;
• Resell or sublicense access to cardziAI without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and we'll cooperate with WhatsApp / Meta where required to maintain platform integrity.

Paid plans are billed in INR or USD. Your billing currency is determined by the country on your organisation profile. Applicable taxes (such as GST for Indian customers) are added at checkout.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard.

Add-on scans

Add-on scan packs are one-time purchases. Once purchased they never expire and remain usable on your account, even if you downgrade to a lower plan.

Refunds

cardziAI is a non-refundable subscription service. All paid plan fees and add-on scan packs are final. You can cancel any time to stop future billing. Material service outages may qualify for a service credit on the next invoice — see our Refund Policy for the full statement.

You own the contacts and content you upload to cardziAI. We process this data only to provide the service to you, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our handling of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy and, for enterprise customers, the Data Processing Agreement.

cardziAI, the cardziAI name and logo, and all underlying software are owned by ByteWeb IT Solutions Private Limited. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your business purposes during your subscription.

Any feedback or suggestions you share with us may be incorporated into the service without obligation to you.

We work hard to keep cardziAI reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scan accuracy will be 100% across all card formats. WhatsApp and our payment processors are third-party services governed by their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteWeb IT Solutions's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of cardziAI is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using cardziAI any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (including acceptable-use violations) or extended non-payment. On termination, you can export your data for up to 30 days before it's deleted from active systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll let you know about material changes by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use cardziAI after the changes apply, you accept the updated Terms.
